I really enjoyed the study, “Portrait of a Woman and Jesus” because each portrait took a biblical story that I had heard numerous times and personalized it to my own life. Each story portrayed a characteristic of Jesus through His encounters with these various women. As Jesus responded with love and compassion to each of these women, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of just how much God loves me, in spite of all my imperfections. It also helped me to realize that Jesus wants me to have a deeper and more intimate relationship with Him, but first I must trust Him and give Him my utmost devotion. Sharon
